Requirements Orders & Material Status — Tips & Tricks
What this screen is for. Search and review all Requirements Orders to see what material each job needs and its status.
What you do here
- Type an RO number, source order number, job name or BOM name into the search box
- Narrow results with the All statuses and All types dropdowns
- Press Apply to run the search, or Clear to reset all filters
- Click the blue Order # to open that order on the Requirements Order maintenance screen
- Check RO Inbox — Awaiting Review N to see BOMs waiting for acceptance
- Click + New RO to build an order by hand, or Import History to review past BOM imports
- Click a ⚠ n issues badge to jump straight to that order's Issues to Resolve list
- Click column headings from Order # through Status to sort the list
Watch out
- Search FieldPulse job numbers by digits only; pasting the full URL returns nothing
- Type only has four values — Residential, Commercial, Service, Truck — not Production/Service
- Screen shows only the first 1,000 matching orders, so filter instead of scrolling for more
- Held lines are not the same as Not Complete; check the Issues to Resolve guides separately
