What this screen is for. Where each automatic alert goes (FP, BT, QB → IM2 items, IM2 → FP items) and who is tagged.

• Find a Slack member ID: profile → ⋯ → Copy member ID. A channel ID: channel name → About → bottom (C012ABC3DEF).
• Want one shared channel for everything? Paste the same channel ID in all four boxes.
• Channel blank = private DMs to the ticked people.
• Don't delete — untick the boxes. Old log entries still make sense that way.
• Too many messages? Item syncs post once a night; polls once per sweep. Untick before lengthening intervals.
