Count List (printable count sheet) — Tips & Tricks

What this screen is for. Provides a printable, bin-sequence count sheet for SKUs flagged for a cycle count on a saved buy list.

What you do here

• Tick the CC? box on any untrusted on-hand line in PO Workbench, then save the buy list.
• Open the saved list from Buy Lists or right after saving.
• Click the count list link to open Cycle Count List.
• Add ?autoprint to the address to jump straight to the print dialog, or click Print.
• Walk the racks in bin sequence and write counts in the Counted qty box.
• Enter every written count on the handheld Cycle Count screen (Handheld Menu → Cycle Count).
• Count everything on the sheet before the buy list is released.
• Click a column heading to sort the list, click again to reverse order.

Watch out

• Writing counts on the paper sheet records nothing — the count only exists once keyed into the handheld.
• The Cleared column on your printed sheet never updates; reprint or reopen the buy list to see new counts.
• Printing before saving the buy list gets you no sheet — the save is what creates the count list.
• Blank Bin shows (no bin) and sorts to the bottom; items with no primary bin show the general location instead.
