RO Import Issues to Resolve
Issues to Resolve — One RO, All, Unattached — Tips & Tricks
What this screen is for. Lets operators review and clear RO import issues, one order, all orders, or unattached, from a single working list.
What you do here
- Pick a list: one RO, All, or Unattached, then use the status and type chips to narrow it.
- Search by title, SKU, source reference or detail text, then click Apply.
- Work rows oldest first; watch the Age column, which turns red at 7+ days.
- Click Resolve or Ignore on a row, answering any question it asks (e.g. SKU or quantity).
- Add an optional short note when resolving or ignoring; it is saved to history.
- For non-inventory lines, choose Resolve, Use Surplus, or Leave Non-Inv as appropriate.
- Click Detail to expand the long explanation, or Order to open that RO.
- Tick boxes and use Resolve selected or Ignore selected for simple note-only issue types.
- Click a column heading to sort the list; click again to reverse the order.
Watch out
- Don't bulk-resolve SKU not in QB or no qty issues; bulk can't supply a SKU or quantity, so it errors and skips the row.
- Ignoring a SKU not in QB makes it a permanent non-inventory line; add the item first if it's really stock.
- No qty or SKU-with-no-quantity lines have no Ignore option; a quantity greater than zero must be entered.
- The N open badge counts the whole system, not just the list in front of you; check the All chip if rows seem missing.
