RO Import History — Tips & Tricks
What this screen is for. Shows every BOM import into Requirements Orders, including failed attempts, for auditing what loaded and when.
What you do here
- Open the screen from Requirements Orders & Material Status, or view it filtered on an order's detail screen.
- Scan rows for the job or RO in question, reading When, RO #, Job, Mode, Who and Source.
- Click the RO # to open that order if you need to check its contents.
- Check Outcome: a green Loaded pill means lines went in; red means it failed, with the reason below.
- Hover File used to confirm which document the lines were actually read from.
- If Issues is not blank, go to RO Import Issues to Resolve.
- Use the Search box, date range, Auto and manual, All sources, or Anyone filters, then click Apply.
- Click Export CSV to download the full filtered list, including the Note column, as a spreadsheet.
- Click a column heading to sort the list, and click again to reverse the order.
Watch out
- A dash in RO # usually means the import attempt failed, not that nothing happened.
- Don't judge an order by only its newest row; read all rows since it can be loaded once and refreshed several times.
- Nothing here can be edited or deleted, and there is no re-import button; go to RO Import Inbox and Accept to reload.
- Hand edits to a line's quantity live on the order's own line history, not on this screen.
