Where to look when you ask "did the automatic import run, and what did it find?" Reached from the Main Menu (Support → Poll/Sync Log), from the RO tile bar (RO Import Inbox → Poll Log), or /ro/poll-log. The banner names the screen Poll Log.
What you are looking at
The strip at the top tells you, for FieldPulse and BuilderTrend separately, how often polling is set to run (System Settings) and when each source last finished a clean sweep. If polling is on and that time is more than about two intervals old, something is wrong.
Below it, one row per source per hourly tick:

Ticks while polling is off (interval 0) are not logged — there is nothing to say.
When a poll fails
You are told two ways, without having to open this screen:
- The poller itself DMs Dave when a sweep does not finish (at most one DM every 6 hours while it stays broken), and now also when the runner crashes before it can sweep.
- Independently, the 15-minute IM2 watchdog checks the "last clean sweep" time against the interval and DMs Dave once per episode if a source goes stale — this catches the case where the poller never even starts.
The error row here carries the reason. Fix the cause, or set the interval to 0 to stop it trying; the next clean sweep clears the stale state on its own.
Common mistakes
- "Staged 0" is usually fine. It means every Pending Material job already has an RO or an open inbox row. Look at Scanned — if that is 0 as well, FieldPulse may have returned nothing.
- A Rejected job re-appearing is not a poll fault; see RO Import Guide → Polling.
Who is told (2026-09-17)
Every sweep that ran — ok or failed — sends a one-line DM to the Poll Alert Contacts (Settings): "ran 7:07 PM: 3 imported, 2 errors" with links to the Inbox, the Error rows and this log. Skipped ticks send nothing.
