Photo Picks — Operator Guide

1. What this screen is for

Pick from a printed Pick List, write each quantity in the Qty Picked column, write your name on the Picker line, then take a photo. Viktor reads the sheet and enters the quantities just as if they had been typed on the desktop Pick List. The pick then waits in Pick Review like any other pick.

2. Steps

1. Desktop Pick List → open the RO → Print report.
2. Pick the material. Write the quantity picked in Qty Picked, using a minus sign for a return and 0 when the item won't be needed. Leave the row blank if you picked nothing. Write your name on the Picker line. You don't need to write anything else.
3. Handheld menu → Photo Picks → Take Picture. Take one picture per page, using Add another page for each extra page → Send pick.
4. The screen updates by itself, usually within 5 minutes. Saved = ready for Pick Review. Check = some lines are pink.

3. What the results mean

• RO #: Viktor reads it from the sheet. If it can't be read, type it in and tap Use this RO.
• Operator: the picker name written on the sheet. If the name can't be read, the operator is set to whoever sent the photo, and that line is pink.
• Pink lines have not been entered, or need a look before posting:
• handwriting that couldn't be read clearly
• a quantity over the IM2 qty on hand
• an SKU that isn't on the RO (it was added as an extra line)
• a quantity that replaced one already on the pick
• Date: the pick's transaction date is the day it is posted. Nothing is read from the sheet.
• Photo: shown as 📷 on Pick Review. When the pick posts, the photo is attached to the QB invoice and the credit memo.

Fix the pink lines on the desktop Pick List before posting.

Ver 2 changes (8 Oct 2026)

• Each upload becomes its own pick, so one page at a time gives several picks in Pick Review.
• A photo or page that was already sent for the same RO is refused and marked Duplicate. Nothing is entered.
• Date: the date written on the sheet; if none, the date the photo was sent. That date is the QB transaction date.
• A 0 drops the line (Qty Req'd becomes 0), the same as the desktop pick, with a pink warning in Pick Review. Blank = skipped.
• The Photo Picks tile is now under Requirements Orders on the handheld menu.
